I am SO excited to do a review on these products!  I fully support the cause and function of the snackTaxi!!  They are eco-friendly, adorable, and practical!!

I found that these items are very easy to use.  At first I was hesitant about using them for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because of the contents but they stood up great!  Yes, jelly did leak out of the sandwich and get onto the snackTaxi, but it was easily cleaned off!  I simply wiped it down with a wet paper towel and stuck it in the washer. This probably was not even necessary but I am a little OCD (Yes, I'm one of those people who rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher). 

The Sandwich size bag was perfect for a sandwich and the snack size was perfect for the chips on the side (a healthier option such as carrots would work perfectly as well).  Because of it's great lining, you don't have to worry about the water on the fruits or vegetables soaking through the cloth either! 

According to their company:

• Each Reusable bag you use keeps as many as 1000 plastic bags out of the waste stream! (It is amazing how much of a difference one bag and just one person can make!!)
• snackTAXIs are machine washable (This is great for anyone that is busy)
• Our materials are free of lead and phthalates (This makes it safe to put your sandwich in) 
• The US alone adds 20 million plastic baggies to landfills every single day.   (Can you imagine this!!!  20 MILLION plastic baggies!!!  I plead that the next time you use a plastic baggie that you choose to purchase a snackTAXI or use a resuable container of some sort to prevent the addition of all of these plastic baggies)

Another thing that I love about this company is that their products are made right here in the United States in Massachusetts. I love supporting companies that have not moved their manufacturing to other countries for so many reasons.  First off, I trust the product more because of the regulations that the U.S. has on production.  Second, because these are jobs that we are keeping in America!
